Visa and Documentation: Our team will assist in obtaining the necessary visas and travel documents for your pilgrimage. We will guide you through the documentation process and ensure timely paperwork submission.
Please note that we are not the embassy and do not approve visas. Our role is to submit applications on your behalf. We are not liable for visa rejections or delays caused by the embassy.
Travel and Accommodation: We arrange your flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations to ensure a comfortable stay in Saudi Arabia. Our team provides you access all essential services and amenities during your trip.
Ziyarat and Guided Tours: Our packages include guided visits to religious and historical sites, such as the Prophet’s Mosque and other significant locations. Knowledgeable guides will accompany you to provide insights into these sites’ spiritual and historical importance.
Medical Assistance and Safety: Your health and safety are our priority. We take necessary precautions to ensure a secure and comfortable journey, including access to medical assistance and insurance coverage for emergencies.
Customer Support: Our team can assist you before, during, and after your journey, addressing any queries or concerns to ensure a smooth and fulfilling pilgrimage experience.

Booking and Payment
- To secure an Umrah package, customers must provide their full name, date of birth, passport details, and a deposit payment.
- Deposits are non-refundable, and confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before departure as per our specified deadlines. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If you wish to cancel your booking, you must provide written notice. Cancellation charges will vary depending on the cancellation date and will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
- Refunds, minus any applicable charges, will be processed within 3 to 6 weeks.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., political unrest, natural disasters, or changes in visa regulations). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Flight and Hotel Itinerary Changes
- We may need to adjust itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as airline schedule changes, hotel availability issues, or overbooking. Customers will be informed as soon as possible.
- If you wish to modify your itinerary after booking, you must submit a written request. Changes may incur additional charges.
Travel Documents and Health Requirements
- Customers are responsible for securing all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, and ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.
- While we assist with visa applications, we cannot guarantee approval. Additional documentation or an interview at the Saudi embassy may be required.
- Customers must ensure they are medically fit to travel and should consult a doctor before booking.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, or personal liability.

- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by customers, their property, or third parties during their pilgrimage.
- We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by external factors, such as airline strikes, natural disasters, or political unrest.
